Why by fleet size and not per operator?
Because charging per operator would punish exactly the behaviour the product exists to encourage — every operator doing their checks. Every plan includes unlimited operators: agency staff at peak, seasonal workers, contractors, three shifts a day. You're only ever priced by the number of assets on the platform, never by how many checks you run.
What's the difference between the plans?
Nothing except fleet size. Every feature is on every plan — QR checks, the full defect-to-invoice loop, LOLER and service scheduling, cost of ownership, multiple asset types and sites, role-based access and HSE-ready export. Starter covers up to 5 assets, Business up to 15, Pro up to 50, and Bespoke is a custom package for larger fleets.
What does onboarding cost?
Nothing on the standard plans — setup is self-serve with our guidance, and most fleets are live in a day: add your assets and operators, print the QR labels, go. Bespoke packages include managed onboarding — custom checklists, white-label branding, training and data import at scale — scoped as part of the quote.
Is there any hardware to buy?
No. Asset360 runs on any phone or tablet the operator already has, plus printed QR labels for each asset. There's nothing to install at the charging bay unless you want a dedicated kiosk device.
What happens if we grow beyond our plan's assets?
You move up to the next plan — Starter to Business to Pro, or Bespoke beyond 50 assets. Your records, operators and history all come with you; nothing is lost or re-keyed.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes — pilot one site free for 30 days. Pick a single depot or yard, run it live with your real assets and operators, and see the records build up. If it doesn't earn its keep in a month, walk away with nothing owed.
Is there a contract?
Standard plans run monthly rolling — leave whenever you like. Pay annually and you get 3 months free. Bespoke agreements are typically annual or multi-year.
